Hi, I’m Eden Malka, and I’m here to be your dedicated online fitness trainer on a transformative journey to help you achieve your dream body. With over 15 years of experience and a passion for fitness, Eden has honed a unique training style to guide you in building hybrid functional strength, gaining muscle mass, and shedding body fat.

Having personally undergone a mental and physical transformation, i understands the challenges and rewards of the fitness process. Believing that determination and hard work can lead to success, she aims to empower you to surpass your limits and achieve your goals.

WHAT I DO?

My definition of improvement is: “making your MIND comfortable with the fact that your BODY is going to be a little uncomfortable” from time to time.  And that’s how we make progress in fitness and even nutrition.  

Our minds and bodies are wired to seek out comfort.  But getting out of our comfort zones is where the positive changes happen. 

Nobody improves while sitting under a warm fuzzy blanket. 

As a coach, I help people get out of their comfort zones even if it’s for a minute at a time.

You can access my workouts (and meal plans) through my website at [website address]. You’ll need to log in before accessing the area where you’ll find the daily workouts.
The workouts are tailored to all fitness levels, for every trainee of any age – both for women and men.
Support is available continuously through WhatsApp, where you’ll receive assistance with exercise techniques, exercise progression, and weight progression.
Yes, my program is entirely online, so you can train anywhere in the world. It includes both home and gym options for each workout, making it convenient for any location, even when you’re traveling on vacation, whether domestically or internationally.
There’s a shorter and a longer option for each workout, so you can choose between 25-30-10 minutes or 45-60 minutes.
Every day, you have the option for a shorter or longer workout, whether in the gym or at home. The shorter workout consists of 2 circuits, and I expect it to take you 30-35 minutes. The longer workout includes 3 optional circuits if you have a bit more time. I would expect that 3 circuits would take you 50-60 minutes, and if you want to add the optional circuits, add another 15-20 minutes.
It depends on whether you choose to train at the gym or at home. If you ever lack any equipment, typically, for my home workouts, you’ll need
  • dumbbells (light/medium/heavy).
  • Chair / Step / Bench
  • Long resistance band (light, medium)
  • Mini resistance band (small)
For gym workouts, you typically only need:
  • Dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy)
  • Kettlebell
  • Olympic barbell with plates
  • Bench / Step
  • Cable machine
  • Medicine balls
  • Long resistance band (light, medium)
  • Small resistance band
Sometimes, for home workouts, I use a kettlebell, but you can replace it with a dumbbell, or I can offer you an alternative exercise. If you still don’t have resistance bands, you can purchase them through the following links:
